We use the Equilibrium Model to address every solution, whether it is tweaking an existing solution or conceptualization/sprouting a solution from scratch.
The Equilibrium Model is proprietary to Sprout-it and has been used successfully with our clients.
The philosophy of the model is:
Every solution has an equilibrium point where opposing factors are optimized for the prevailing environment.
The things our customer relates to are:

- Features vs. Costs
- Revenue vs. Investment
- Performance vs. Costs
We look at the situation on hand from all possible angles before suggestion possible solutions. Once we have listed the possible fixes to the problem we extensive look at achieving equilibrium on the business and technical landscapes.
Unlike others in the market we always like to have the customer comfortable to take on the solution we architect for them. We do not encourage what we call the crutch partnership, where the customer heavily relies on the consulting company. |
